In our classes, you’ll learn the fundamentals of tap, including basic steps, rhythms, and combinations, all while having fun in a supportive environment.
Jazz -- Offered to ages 5+ at various levels. Jazz dance is a versatile and expressive form that blends elements of ballet, modern dance and international rhythms. In our classes, you’ll experience a mix of high-energy routines, creative choreography, and technical skill-building exercises.
Hip Hop -- Offered to ages 5+ at various levels. Hip hop dance encompasses a wide range of styles, including breaking, locking, popping, and krumping. It is characterized by its expressive movements, rhythmic patterns, and improvisational nature. Contemporary/Lyrical -- Offered to ages 7+ at various levels. This genre blends elements of ballet, modern dance, and improvisation, allowing dancers to explore their creativity and emotions through movement.
Technique -- Offered to ages 7+ at various levels. Technique in dance refers to the specific movements and skills that dancers use to execute choreography with precision and grace. It involves the correct alignment of the body, control of movement, and coordination of various body parts. Technique is essential for dancers to perform at their best and convey emotion and storytelling through their movements.
Pom -- Offered to ages 7+ at various levels. Pom dance is characterized by its use of poms, which dancers hold in their hands throughout the routine.
